Delivery Information

Delivery Costs.

Blinds to the UK are delivered Free of charge and spares have a one-off charge of £4.80, Shutters Velux are charging £48 for delivery, we hopefully are getting them to change them to the same delivery category as blinds! Delivery charges will apply on all shipments to Europe. Most products are shipped from the EU and will go through customs so may have a slight delay, No customs charge will be incurred as the goods are going between Velux Denmark and Velux UK, it is then distributed from Wellingborough to yourself. The courier will update tracking details when it is collected 24hrs before scheduled delivery. Please check your spam box for delivery details prior to calling.

Delivery Times

Blinds are 3 - 15 working days, dependant on blind type size and colour, Velux will no longer give delivery times until the order is processed! Electric or solar blinds are 10 - 15 working days and all other Velux products will be delivered direct from Velux outside UK within 7 - 10 working days to the address you have specified.

Delivery days will be Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm

Please note deliveries will require a signature and any damage to the packaging needs to be signed for as damaged. please notify us of any damaged goods delivered within 48hours of delivery.

Deliveries in the UK, DX will deliver the larger goods and parcelforce the smaller ones, outside of mainland UK can be another courier. GLS generally bring goods not stocked in to the UK and then pass on to parcelforce, the tracking details for parcelforce are usually in the email sent from GLS (under references). Please check your emails, they maybe in spam or junk boxes for delivery info from Velux and the couriers.

Returns.

Free returns on Velux Blinds, providing they have not been attempted to be installed and they are in there original packaging, Velux will arrange an uplift for them within 3 working days of a return request. Shutters are chargeable returns, Velux charge a £48 uplift charge plus a restocking charge of £48 per item. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
